This helps Management in the objective assessment of performance, and in addition, by encouraging every employee to behave in alignment with the values, it helps demonstrate them more clearly to customers – influencing both you employee and market facing brands.
The second, is the opportunity to take the narrative and content from the employee values and behaviours work and embed this into your marketing content and channels.
